The Knowsley CAF process is described in the CAF Flowchart.
2. CAF Dispute Resolution
Within the CAF process there is clear scope for a referrer to be dissatisfied with the response of Children’s Social Care to a particular referral. A formal process CAF Dispute Resolution Process has been established to structure the way that such issues/disputes should be resolved.
